Diane Rohan - Receptionist & Office Manager

iane is a well-known face and phone voice to many of our patients. She has worked with Dr. Rogers as a dental assistant, receptionist, and business coordinator for over twelve years. Diane brings her incredible experience and problem solving skills to make sure that your visit with us is outstanding. We promise great customer service and Diane will make sure we deliver.

Dentistry is in her blood; Diane acquired her passion from her father who was a dentist for many years in Boulder, Colorado. During her time off, Diane stays busy decorating a new home and flying to Arizona to spend time with the "love of her life," a granddaughter.

Carolyn Robertson - Registered Dental Hygienist

arolyn graduated as a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist from Washington State’s Pierce College in 1993. She moved to Colorado in 2002 and joined our office in 2003. She promptly impressed our staff and patients with her top-notch dental hygience skills. Carolyn is passionate about her work, and we think you'll find her to be one of the best hygienists in Colorado Springs. Her many areas of expertise include the treatment of gum disease, administration of anesthetic, nutrition and diet, and prevention of decay and disease.

Carolyn attends numerous continuing education courses each year and remains up-to-date on the latest techniques and advances. Her love of the hygiene field clearly shows in Carolyn's gentle, thorough care of each patient. Carolyn and her husband, John, have two daughters, Natalie and Claire. The family enjoys camping, reading and spending time together.

Karen Paoli - Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

aren has been in dentistry for over thirty-two years. She is a Certified Expanded Function Duties Dental Assistant, with degrees from the University of Florida and University of Denver.  Originally from Florida, she moved to Colorado Springs ten years ago to be closer to her twin sister, Kim.

Karen is involved with direct patient care and excellence is her middle name. You'll find Karen to be loyal, helpful, and more patient than anyone you've ever met.  She believes that it is very important that our patients are treated with courtesy and consistency. She thrives on details and efficiency, which is a terrific asset for our practice. Karen’s hobbies include walking, cooking, and spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren.

Stephanie Horch - Dental Assistant

tephanie's friendly personality and great sense of humor help our patients feel right at home. Her organizational skills have made our office even more efficient for staff and patients alike. Stephanie grew up with an appreciation for the value of exceptional dental care - her mother is a dental hygienist and instructor of dental assistants.

Stephanie went to college on a soccer scholarship and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Portland, Oregon before moving to Colorado Springs to be close to family. When she's not at work, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking and softball.
