Our treatments may be partially or fully covered by your dental insurance company. Please provide our receptionist with your current insurance information at your first visit. As a courtesy, we will process your insurance claim forms and assist with insurance issues to maximize your benefits whenever possible.

However, please remember that your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance carrier. The patient or guardian is therefore responsible for ensuring prompt payment for services delivered by W. Todd Rogers Dental.
